Lap of Love is proud to offer Veterinary Hospice and In Home Pet Euthanasia in the Fayetteville North Carolina region.  Dr. Juliana Lyles joined Lap of Love in September 2011 and is a wonderful addition to the organization.

Saying goodbye to your pet is one of the most difficult decisions you may ever make in your life.  Lap of Love is committed to making the process as easy as it can be.  We are compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental.  As veterinarians, we understand the progression of diseases and the suffering that is usually inevitable.  We assist you in making the decision that is best for your pet and ultimately for your family.  We are help with pet cremation afterwards. Saying goodbye in your home could be the single most compassionate thing you do for your pet.

Dr. Lyles grew up in Chicago and received her bachelor’s degree in Zoology and Genetics from Iowa State University and her veterinary degree from Mississippi State University, where she also met her husband, William.
Dr. Lyles says, “I have always respected the bond between pets and their care givers, including the end of life care they receive. While I was still a young pre-veterinary student, I had to euthanize my beloved 11 year old ferret, and I realized how peaceful and comforting a process this can be when it’s done with the utmost respect and care . As a veterinarian, I hope to pass that reassurance on to all clients with whom I have the privilege of working.”
